CHOCOLATE TEMPERING AND DECORATIONS

A must do for anyone with a passion for chocolate.  This informative 3 hour course will talk your through chocolate manufacturing, form cocoa beans to the finished product.  You’ll learn why it’s necessary to temper chocolate, while being shown how and what happens if you don’t.  You’ll experience “hands on” chocolate making using the tempered chocolate to create your own decorations and chocolate delights. 

This is a great gift idea for anyone who enjoys chocolate.  Two to four guests in a class provides you with personal attention to learn in a relaxed and friendly environment.
