Lizzy’s Chocolates delivers Australia Wide.

We use Express post for deliveries due to the products perishable nature. Orders will generally be dispatched within 1-3 days. In the case of extreme heat, orders will not be dispatched due to melting until the next appropriate day, weather permitting. We will try to contact you to discuss this to make sure you are aware.

Please leave your details in the box provided to ensure we can contact you if needed and make sure you leave any specific requirements such as, date required, contact number and in the case of delivery to a 3rd party please ensure we have appropriate information.

In some cases, it may be advisable to get delivery to a work address so product is not returned to a post office for pick up as a signature is required.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes unless consent is given as we are not responsible for temperature spoilage and damage to product.

Due to fragility some items are unavailable for shipping and require in house pick up only. This is noted on each item as “shop pick up only”.

An alternative to delivery costs is the instore pick up option, located at our store,  172 Koornang Rd Carnegie, Victoria, 3163. Call 95680689. Or 641 Rathdowme street, Carlton North, Call 93493245.  Please specify which store you want pickup in. 

Due to food being a perishable item there will be no exchange or refund. If product is damaged on delivery please notify us straight away to discuss the matter.
